for 2 weeks - 3 weeks in the FarmHouse this year and still not long

"Your
photos on the internet don't do Hirondelle Farm justice. The photos show
a lovely cottage, but we arrived to find a beautiful home, lovingly
restored by Doreen & Dave. We have had a very comfortable stay, and the
children had a wonderful time in the garden and pool. Thank you for all
the little touches: nice wine in the fridge, flowers on the table, plus
all the books CDs and DVDs. This area of France is very beautiful and full of things to do and places to explore .... we will definitely come back. Merci bien pour votre hospitalité!" |

honeymoon. Had a brilliant 2 weeks, lovely weather and fantastic hosts. If the horses happen to be racing while you are here it's well worth a visit, an enjoyable afternoon with, hopefully, a few winners!! The market is fab, visit the Chi Chi man! The text below was received in an email from the Thompson family of Nottingham who had stayed with us for one week and had arranged to go to another gite, with a swimming pool, for the second week of their holiday. (We have since installed a pool surrounded by timber decking in the FarmHouse garden)
It is such a shame that the quality of accommodation available for the second week was not a patch on your gites (possibly a hard act to follow)."
